Pioneer Wireless Network, Inc., d/b/a Pioneer Broadband,
is committed to maintaining the confidentiality,
integrity and security of personal information entrusted
to us by current and prospective customers. We want you
to know how we protect your information and how we use
it to service your account. Please take a moment to

Your Right to Know
You have the right to know what we do with the personal
and confidential information we collect about you in the
normal course of business of offering, processing,
administering and maintaining the Information
Technology/Telecommunications products/services
you purchase from us. Because we value the integrity of
our customer relationships, we want to assure you that
we are properly safeguarding this important information.
Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us
on applications, other forms and in interviews. In
addition, we maintain information about your
transactions with us, such as payment history.
We may maintain your credit card information on file if
your account is configured for automatic payment or if
we have received a payment for services from you via
that credit card.
We may obtain and maintain other information with regard
to your use of any Internet service we provide, such as;
Internet Protocol address, log of web sites visited,
email address, log of email transactions, physical
address, telephone number, etc..
Information We May Disclose
We may share your personal non public information on a
confidential basis only with authorized employees,
representatives and third parties whose services are
required to assure the highest level of service to you.
By law we are permitted to share information about you
without your prior permission under certain
circumstances to certain persons and organizations such

other governmental authorities to protect our legal
interest, or in cases of suspected fraud or illegal
activities.
· Authorized persons as
ordered by subpoena, warrant or other court order or as
required by law.

· Parties enforcing our
rights in connection with the settlement of a debt, the
transfer of interests or an audit.

transactions as requested or authorized by you.
We will not disclose any
non-public personal information about you or about any
other customers or former customers except as authorized
by law, as described in this Privacy Notice or as
otherwise communicated to you. Because we respect and
share your concern for privacy, we will not provide your
personal information to anyone outside of our companies
except as described above. We will notify you if we make
any material change in this Privacy Notice. We may share
selected personal and financial information about you
with our affiliated companies in order to better serve
you and to offer you worthwhile products and services.
