Heavy winds, rain, and lightning tore through our service territory overnight. We are experiencing outages in several serving centers. Our crews are mobilizing to affect repairs, but we have to let the power companies complete their restoration first and clear the communications space on the poles before our crews can start. We understand that many of you are without service, and we can assure you that it will be restored as soon as it can be done safely. You may call to report your outage to technical support, but realize there are literally thousands within our area suffering from power and communications outages. Please expect delays in our response as we triage the damage.

Remember: No downed line is safe to touch.
